German judge has quarrel sees Barcelona

Judge famous German Wolfgang Stark is determined by the Technical Committee of Arbitration after extremely poor judgment in PSG-Barcelona match.
According to this institution, the German judge had damaged Barcelona in three cases, and one wrong result with Ibrahimovic goal which was in ofsajd.
Stark will not be allowed to lead any match in European competitions being penalized for his trial.
