Lionel Messi’s cousin proved that footballing ability runs in the family when he scored a spectacular goal for his side Vitoria against U.S. international Freddy Adu's Bahia.Maxi Biancucchi, who is a relation of the four-time Ballon d’Or winner, smashed in a shot from long range during his side’s 5-1 win over its local rivals in the Salvador derby, in Brazil.
The 28-year-old was making just his second appearance for Vitoria and made himself an immediate fan favorite when he hammered home from distance in the Campeonato Baiano clash last weekend.
Despite playing professionally in South America for over a decade, Bianucchi has been nicknamed El Primo de Messi - "Messi's cousin" - on the continent.
