Bale included in Wales squad for World Cup qualifiers

The Real Madrid target, who is yet to see any action this season for Tottenham, has been named by Chris Coleman in the national set-up for games against Macedonia and Serbia

Gareth Bale has been included in the Wales squad for upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Macedonia and Serbia, despite Tottenham's insistence that the winger is currently injured.

Bale is yet to play for Spurs this season as he waits to complete a world record €100 million move to Real Madrid.

The winger has not turned up to training this week as it is believed he wants a move to the Bernabeu to happen as quickly as possible.

The Welsh squad is a strong one that includes 11 players who play in the Premier League.
